For some reason, Hondas seem more prone to setting on fire. Some will say that is a good thing.  They must have particularly bad regulator/rectifiers.

| If the carbs are clean, then I'd be looking at the spark plugs. Try swapping them around and see if the problem follows the plug.
It is unlikely to be the coil as #1 is firing, and both #1 and #4 ... |
