For some reason, Hondas seem more prone to setting on fire. Some will say that is a good thing. Smile They must have particularly bad regulator/rectifiers.

The seat/tank unit looks similar to a KB3, but is not the same.

The top of the seat on a KB3 slopes down towards the taillight much more. This bikes seat is more square.

Did the KB3 have differ ...

If the carbs are clean, then I'd be looking at the spark plugs. Try swapping them around and see if the problem follows the plug.

It is unlikely to be the coil as #1 is firing, and both #1 and #4 ...
