A dyno set up is always a good idea - i get about 140miles to a tank before filling up.

Yes replace the wheels. The carbon are expensive but the SB6 and the SB6R are unusual fitting, at least the carbon wheels bolt straight in with no messing about.

I dont know about titainium on there, i run an aluminium rear and accept it will need changing. You can go to a 520 chain but remember the front sprocket is hard to change.

I think what you've said about carbs and plugs is probably right. You might consider changing the carb seals for a vitton set from Lite Tek.

The bike is probably using the original brake / clutch l ...

Why do you need to replace the rotors ? You know the originals are fully floating and probably rattle a bit. That's probably just the spring washers gone flat ... search on here theres a link to some ...

My Six returned from the dyno and feels bloody brilliant Smile 142 and 79 are the magic numbers

I hope I get something similar when mine gets the dyno treatment later this month.
