I used Waggy's system the first time I took the front wheel off. It worked well also.

I use Plexus on the whole bike. It's expensive compared to Pledge, but I think it's worth the money. Most Bike shops in the US should carry Plexus. |

I set up my 3D front shock at 130 psi. I'm 165 lbs with gear and that air pressure works well for me. The manual calls for 137 psi. I've done about 1500 miles plus a track day and I'm happy ... |
