I did the preload setting looking at the SAG rules, but I still struggle with damping clicks....

my first check would be to repeat the test without carbs diaphragms... if they are stuck when you are at full throttle (compression test should be done wit full throttle opening) the air inlet would b ... |

I had a crack in the bottom fairing near the sidestand...
yesterday I've fixed with a normal fiberglass kit.
but I think it was due to a side fall of the bike, as even the footpeg was bent.

the inner ones are 137.5
the outer are 135
pilot jets 40
pilot screw: 2 turns out
float height set as manual (14,7mm if I remember)

fuel lines pass under the airbox... and i think it's not a lean problem, as it would suffer more at high rpm or at wide throttle opening.
It sputters more at delicate opening at 3000-3500 rpm
