Just got back from a thrash across the mountain on the first sunny day that I've not been working or away here on the Rock... so nice.. Very Happy

Filled the SB6 up before putting it back in the workshop ...

so how much does an empty-ish tank hold? I'm putting more than £20 in every 2 laps... Tho' the petrol here on th'isle o' man is more expensive than malt whisky... and, of course, there's no speed limi ...

I'll save the big bore idea until it starts to feel like the honeymoon is over! In 1990 I had the treatment done to my GSXR11 by TTS and didn't stop smiling until I was side swiped by a car... the tho ...

Well, finally sold my GSXR1000 k6 last night. It was a fantastic bike but whenever the sun comes out it's the SB6 that feels the tarmac! The Bim makes the Gixxa somewhat sterile... it's all I thought ...

I only got 2 runs over the mountain the whole TT (every attempt the road was closed because of lemmings ) !

Still at least it's there on the doorstep...
