Offset is 35mm and the c-c distance is 190mm. |

I remember the offset to be 30mm, but I'll have to double check.
I don't understand fork pitch. Is it the c-c distance between the legs? |

Those are LiFePo4 cells. Several friends have been riding the last season with such packs (homebrew though), and they have been satisified.
You can get quality packs of Ebay at a muych better price ... |
