just come back from a very cold spin on the fazer. 6am start, bacon butty on the a4059 to brecon at 7.30. home by 9.30. freezing!!!

bought a great new book yesterday; highly reccomended. its called 'sons of thunder' by neil bradford and well worth a read. good price on amazon.
