The gold Furano with the cutouts was a race bike. Hence the 41mm FCR's. I wouldn't bother using them for the road either Katy.

Interesting tip regarding the BSDT 38mm Carbs, I'll have to add that ...

Clean is good!

Yep the 41mm FCR's will make a large difference, especially with ram air. Injection Throttle bodies are 38mm, though you can machine them to 39mm or a bit bigger.

If they SB etc are the same as the YB series, you remove the upper insert which oem would have the bearing centred, and machine a new insert out of a bit of billet that has the the center hole ID offs ...

Factory pro can flash the Magneti Marelli ECU for the SB8R. If the ducati option is the same internally, perhaps this would-could be a pathway?
