I don't think you will get the valve cover off with the motor bolted up. You might have to release the upper engine mounts, and upper rear mount, and allow the engine to drop down to clear the frame. ...

I'm pretty sure these will sort you out, The dust caps work, Just check the seal size prior to ordering, Pyramid have the deeper seal as well 12.5 mm. Pretty sure the 10 mm seal is the one you need. ...

The gold Furano with the cutouts was a race bike. Hence the 41mm FCR's. I wouldn't bother using them for the road either Katy.

Interesting tip regarding the BSDT 38mm Carbs, I'll have to add that ...
