Well at least if I was to ever "part company" with the Bimotas then there would be a financial return as opposed to a large payout to get shut of the ex

Couldn't agree more with both of you, but then what else would "2Bims" say?
Few more bits and pieces en route, a NOS Termi can (single) for the DB4 has arrived, to be fitted Thursday if the sun is shining, although I have jsut taken delivery of some shiney NOS Titanium (race use only) Twin Termis that just may at some time find their way onto the Db4, but I would need a new front exhaust header system for that to happen.....
Dymag 7 spokes also due in a couple of weeks, and thats it ,,I promise,,,,no more for the DB4. Have to turn my attentions to the Ducati Pup that I picked up over 4 weeks ago that has languished at the back of the garage since the day I picked it up. Although I have a week off over Easter so hopefully a full stripdown will happen over then, and then it will get busy |

Yeh I hope so, and sort of looking forward to it, barring the driving around for paint, powder coating etc, and finding that elusive bolt or fastener that makes it all hang together, just hoping theres no horror stories under the crud that coats it, and perhaps is holding it together.
Decided on the final outcome but who knows, it may change, haven't bit the bullet yet and bodywork still to order, fancying a carbon fibre rear end but just with the discreet "Number 1" in carbon unpainted but lacqured and the rest AKA Superlight, but with a fresh look narrower rear end and smaller rear light, final colour scheme is yellow, with titanium frame/headstock/clipons with carbon front/rear guards, black wheels, black/titanium engine. Thus there will be just 3 colours, yellow, titanium and black which will be mostly carbon. Big expensive of Sil motor headers yet to come, unless anyone knows of any alternatives for Duc 900SS motors? |

If you are doing the number 1 in carbon are you also doing the white number board on the back as well? How about a carbon number board like my 851 in another thread and use a white number 1 as per endurance racing?
