Reference the YB11 advert on Pistonheads
http://www.bimotaforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=1519&highlight=
Blokey has written these words
BIMOTA YB 1000cc, Manual 5 speed, 2002 02 Reg, 6,000 miles, Metallic Red, MOT-02-2013, 5 Owners. BIMOTA YB11 1000cc THIS IS A VERY RARE BIKE ONLY 650 MADE AND ONLY LESS THEN 1000 BIMOTAS WORLD WIDE, HAS A MODIFIED THUNDERACE ENGINE WITH TOP SPEED OF 267KPH WITH A QUARTER MILE IN 10.48SECONDS, ALONG WITH BEMBO BRAKES AND PAOLIA SUPENSION, MAKE THIS ITALIAN STALLION, A REAL BEAUTY, AND A GREAT COLLECTORS BIKE. HAS LOTS OF MOTS, OWNERS MANUAL,INSTRUCTION BOOK, DVD, AND LOTS OF WRITE UP ON THIS MODEL, VERY LOW MILES, WILL COME FULLY SERVICED AND GUARANTEED, PX WELCOME FINANCE AVAILABLE, DEBIT/CREDIT CARD FACILITY, NATIONWIDE DELIVERY CAN BE ARRANGED.. £5,595
Can you imagine how rare the rake of Bimotas owned by Forum members would be if such things were true. Good luck to the seller, I won't pick him up on the spelling mistakes, taking my OCD pills, but the exaggeration of numbers of bikes made is a bit mis-leading for any prospective buyer. Caveat Emptor |

Begger only knows is the answer really, I can count up to the year 2000, but would have to reference the "Bible" and that only gets me into trouble Then how many did they part finish that were broken, and how many have they made post 2000, with the spate of DB5's through to DB9's |
