I was going to say you should buy a lotto ticket, but then i took that thought to the next step and wondered what you would do if you won..... To scary to contemplate.
My bike is stored at a mates place, so i'd better get over there and check that line, thanks for the heads up.

Wonder if I have found a culprit
Inspected mine, and thought, these a under some tension.
If you use a FRONT WHEEL STAND that uses a PEG that goes into
the steering stem (bottom yolk), dependant upon where brake lines run
when using the stand ,your either placing quite a tension on one side, or both sides of lines running from joint piece to brake calipers.
My lines and joints look OK,but after the above, I am deffinatelly replacing
them with longer brake lines.

My opinion is.....
The ferrules used to crimp the hose are crap quality and wear & tear plus age has not been kind to them. The failures on my bike(s) are not due to paddock stand usage

Agreed
I fitted a radial master so I did it with the wheel up (like in a power wheelie situation). The standard lines fitted easily and still had slack left over.
One of my lines has half the collet missing and I'm going to France for a double track day on the 22nd  If that's to soon to get a set from Stockcar then tell me now because I'm on a deadline (see what I did )
