Grinning from ear to ear after a spin on my recently dynoed SB6R, purchased it recently and it rapidly became a misfiring horror. Thanks to Daz at Meltedsliders for transforming it into a joy to ride dodging thunderstorms this afternoon, finally very happy with my purchase _________________ YB4, SB6R, GRISO 8V, GSXR750 |

As mentioned in previous posts on the 6R the mechanical fuel pump needed bypassing. The bike had been standing a long while and the carbs were very dirty. The main jets were too big and the needle heights were adjusted. Now very happy with the pick up and revs cleanly to the red line

Thanks Stockcar, I'm not sure about the carbon cans either, they do make it look dark but sound good. _________________ YB4, SB6R, GRISO 8V, GSXR750 |

Yes they do, I think I will leave the stock cans hanging on the garage wall to prevent the house blowing away _________________ YB4, SB6R, GRISO 8V, GSXR750 |
