Welcome to the site! Best advise is to go to a suspension specialist with the bike ready to ride it and spend a few hours dialing it in with him instead of spending weeks chasing an error in the wrong direction on your own. Anyone's suggestions will only be relevant for them, we all ride differently on the throttle, on the brakes, sitting position, weight, ride position, etc. etc. The only thing to check on your own would be the front and rear sag prior to messing around with damping. The problem with high performance suspension is that the "sweet spot" is much a much narrower band of error and just 1 or 2 clicks either way can make you feel uneasy. Some riders can ride around a problem by not worrying and never adjust anything for road, track, touring however, if like me you sense every twitch and pressure through the bars and feet when your not expecting it then its worth getting expert help. Lack of confidence takes you off the throttle and bikes always handle better under power driving the suspension down keeping your seat a stable platform while the springs do their thing underneath you. Off the throttle the opposite effect causes the springs to push you up and down instead!
So, after all that... dont waste time just bite the bullet and see a man who can!

Also, what does the bike feel like when you ride it? Does it need a special effort to counter steer in? IS there a return pressure thru the bars once you lean into the apex? Does it weave under power out of the corner or into it? I can give you a rough guide of effect and reaction to clicking up or down if you can think about these questions? Very Happy
