Thought I would post few pics of the SB6 minus its fairings - the little seat allows dyno runs without stripping and building the bodywork
when carrying out adjustments.
I made a little bracket to support the clutch slave cylinder which deflected the casing (or what is left of it)to an alarming degree when the lever was pulled in and I could at times get a bit of cluch drag as the plates did not clear.
The big bore rubber hose I use for oil change time- I have an alloy tank which I attach to the garage roof with the correct amount of oil in - have to leave it overnight but it does put oil at the top of the motor ahead of start up - I had the petrol tap stick twice and fill the sump with petrol.Fortunately each occasion was at the end of rides so hydraulic lock did not occur.I now have two manual taps which has cured the problem.
Best Regards
Vince
