MX05 EXY should have some pretty good setting, drop him a PM. I've got some settings but never got the opportunity to try them out on the bike. Will try and dig them out for you.

Still can't get this set up right without spending money at suspesion place?
Anybody good a good set up that there running at the moment?

i'll take a look this weekend mate. What seems to be the problem with the set up you have at the moment? what tyres are you running?

Well it's to soft in the front? (Bought bike second hand) so don't know what springs in there? And also feel like the steering a to sharp..! And feel the bike is unstable, running brand new Pirelli sc tyres.
I know it might be a suspension specialist kinda thing but I just wanna know what other ppls have done to inprove there suspension issues if any?

ah exactly the same problems i had. if i had to brake hard on a rough surface i would generally find the limit of the travel on the front. If i was riding hard over a rough surface the bike would really shake its head and be unsettled. I have increased the compression on the front and made it softer on the back. Mine was definately set up for the track. i still dont have my bike back from my mechanic so cant give you exact settings but it might be worth you taking it to a pro and telling him what issues you have. sounds very fixable.
