Engine is ready so the next thing is the wiring harness and to put the frame over the engine.
The engine has had the normal maintenance, such as the valves clearance, oil, filter, sparkplugs.
Checked the cam height of the camshaft (and these are the right one).
Modified the clutch cylinder housing.
Put on some nice blue cooling hoses and changed the odd right-angled pipe with an better flowing aluminium pipe.
Cooling pipes cleaned and re-chromed and checked if those where not blocked.
The thermostat is ultrasonic cleaned.
And perhaps I have done more but I can not remember now. (The booze)

Looking good Vince. I think your radiused pipe bend looks much better than the square 90 degree stock one. _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

Thanks.
I’m in the aviation business and working clean and structured is one of the things the instructors then have beaten in.
Now I'm an instructor myself, so I have to give a good example. _________________ vince

Frame and wiring
The wiring…there is no logic to …. it seems like scraps of wiring..
Change the original coils with Dyna mini coils.
They call this mini.

Exhaust pipes installed and swing arm.
Give the exhaust pipes a good clean, take them in bath and clean them with a stainless steel cleaner that I had stolen from my wife.
The scratches that I had on the swingarm, I followed the tips that you guess give me.
It’s not quit how I want it but it’s probably the best what was possible.

I can not recommend it.
Because I have a rash now caused by the stainless steel cleaner. _________________ vince
