ive not been on, i damaged my shoulder last year, sufferd a hellish physio regime and ended up having an mri scan in december 18, showing a snapped rotator cuff, had the op in feb 22 and been healing since (a year,with six month off work,), just starting to use my arm now, its a slow healing painfull event,thats why ive been off here for an age.

for sure, when you go through the pages, theres lots of dodgy posts need removing here, handbag sellers?????, and debug codes means theres some infections on the site. it needs cleaning guys!
