I have 2 options for mirrors, the stockers and a set from a Ducati 916. Which looks best?

The second set for me, the more angular look matches the bikes styling. The first set would match the more rounded curves of my DB4.

I tend to agree with you, however I'm thinking that the more rounded profile of the 916 type softens the overall aspect of the DB5 styling. Does it detract too much from it, though?
This is the first bike that I have had in 40 plus years of riding with angular styling so it is taking me a bit to get adjusted to it!

For me the second (original) ones. But I have different situation, since my mirrors are in the colour of the faring and you read both as a whole

Likewise...the originals...although I dont use mine...had bar end mirrors for a while...as the originals just dont work...and now replaced with some black anodised angular ones from Chinky China...that actually work...and an added benefit is that you can fold them out of the way when parking/storing and that means more space in the garage which for me is important also...

I tried the Chinese ones as well but could not get past the look. I made wedges that are 3/4 inch thick at the bottom to go behind the mirror glass and that makes them work fine.

Ok, thanks to all of the feedback(?) I have gone back to the original mirrors with my modification that make them actually usable!
