Thanks for the update, it's good info to look back on.
I still have some work to do on mine but for now it's not too bad. I think something has changed since i bought the bike as i don't remember it having this dead spot when i first bought it. It just seemed to appear. In fact it could be something as simple as the plugs as i haven't changed them yet.
Glad you got your bike sorted.

Why is that EC? Do they foul or just no difference in performance?
I wouldn't have bought irridium plugs anyway unless they came standard. I would just use the same as what is in it now..

They foul quickly. If the bike doesn't start kinda first time every time then they just don't work, although they'll still spark.

Yes, if they get the slightest bit "wet" the bike won't start!
Do you have any suggestions for substitutes????

Again, sorry for the delay, my wife has me doing remodel work on the HOUSE....can you imagine the HORROR!!! LOL  I think my downstairs toilet is flooding the upstairs.....lOL
I was wondering if you have a manufacturer and model # on the plugs you prefer in the "Suzie 1100" engine.....Thanks EC.
