I was just wondering if anybody could help me with some Extremetech seals and Gaskets for my 2008 DB6R, 3R steering damper and the rear shock they are starting to leak a little after sitting doing nothing for six months.

Thanks

I'm sure there must be somewhere you can get them...but for myself I'd entrust a good suspension compnay to strip and rebuild them...at least that way they'd correctly regas the rear shock for you anyhow.........Not a big fan of the xtreme Tech stuff ...they seem to squeak a lot in action...and adjustments dont make as much difference as say with Ohlins stuff....I'd probably go that route...and have an Ohlins replacement...straight bolt on...never had a seal go on Ohlins stuff....and thats with some bikes where its 20 years old............

I am sending both the units to my suspension guy and he asked me to see where we can source parts for the Extremetech gear would put an Ohlins in it but a little pricey and considering it only has 3000klm on it I thought might be able to rebuild it, thanks for your help.

Regards

Rod
