I am wondering how easy/hard is it to locate a good working complete instrument cluster/speedometer and the headlight for SB6R.

Also what are going prices for these

I'm afraid the original clocks are junk and money spent on a set that might be currently working is wasted, because they're unlikely to remain like that. A set of RX2 from Koso, as fitted to later Bimota's, is a relatively easy fit, but you only have a relatively limited amount of loom to play with. If you decide to go that route, I can let you have some more detailed guidance. The headlight was also fitted to some Yamaha FZR models, so shouldn't be too difficult to source.

The headlight was fitted to a few Yamaha FZR's, the one with a head light and paralever style is harder to find in the UK. Euro ones are available but of course dip the other way.
You can easily find the lamp with a single H4 bulb they were on FZR 600, trx850, fj1200 etc.
A pretty lamp is the FZR4003tj, this has dual paralever lamps, but is pretty much useless after dark. It's a "get you home" solution. Be aware the bulbs for this are Yam only and cost from £9 each upwards H4 don't fit and don't work with these lamps
