Motorcycle technology for the physically handicapped

Have no idea what it costs but looks like a solid product.

A pair of those stabilisers would solve the Bimota side stand problem Laughing

It answers a question nobody asked.

You'd be better off riding a one of those 3 wheelers with the two wheels up front.

Joking aside I think they have done a good job. The only reason I started riding bikes was due to a surgeon recommending it after I broke my back in a parachute incident, never thought of it before that but I was not able to sit in a car for 2 years and it was the only way I could get about.

I'll bet there are a lot of the lads coming back from Afghanistan and Iraq who would jump at the chance to either keep riding as they did before or try new skills. The three wheel option is ok and I have even seen a side car outfit you push a chair up into with the controls in the side car... but I figure most guys would want to corner as they did before by leaning the bike and counter steering. Only change I would do is put the gear change buttons vertically to make it easier to remember which way is up and down.

Trust the germans to come up with quality engineering... but lets face it, they are the best at cars, dogs and genicide.
