I will be in Liverpool and want to go to the MotoGP at Donington on Aug 30.
I know this is early but perhaps it will help.
Looking to share the ride and costs out and back.

Also am interested in any transport museums that are in these areas.

Thanks

There's a motor museum on the circuit site at Castle Donington and two more in Coventry - have visited them all - recommended - http://www.yougodo.com/en/things-to-do/Search.aspx?c=105&l=2653591&d=100

When you say share the ride, are you asking for a pillion ride to Donnington or are you looking for bike to ride there and back ?

As much as I would love to ride a bike in England I do not think riding to Donington would be the thing to do. So, no I am not looking for any type of motorcycle ride. If I were to ride anywhere in the UK it would be best on some fantastic country road with little traffic so I don't mess up and find myself on the wrong side! Shocked
Just to share the drive there via car, thanks.

Thanks for the museum ideas.

I should apologize if my Canuck english is not understood as I intend. I am often amazed at how the languages differ.

Also I am looking to go only for the Sunday race.

Yeah - is something we can blame the French for ??? We were happy with our little colony, and we'd have kept it to, if hadn't been for that pesky French blockade
