I suspect THAT will be your trouble. Being a rare beast, people just don't want to part with spare parts and i doubt there would be many around being broken for parts.
I think Piero is your best bet. If he can't get it, it can't be got (from what I've heard). _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

Hi Eyrey.....think I was writing to you on a few things courtesy of GeeKay on a 2 strokes forum...Admire what you are trying to do...but dont relish the difficulty of the task....Any Bimota is a rare beast and spares for a Bimota engine even more so....we are all guilty of hoarding spare parts in case of needing them at some time in the future...You have to take into account theres less than a 1,000 members on this Forum....and perhaps less than 10 of those that have Vdues...its that small a number...........Originally Bimota was going to make 500 of these bikes...thats what the 500 was to refer to...but in the end only managed some 330 bikes before they went bankrupt.....Those numbers alone should let you know the enormity of your task in hunting down spares, but I wish you the best |

Have to admit, I was measuring up to see if my spare motor would fit into a special..... |

Those pictures of the Aprilia RS 500 are mine...
It could be better in the end, bet a good beast, with 97 original engine version and around 98cv at the wheel...
For engine parts talk to Piero in Milan, he can suply you all the parts in the last version made, real reliable engine!
