Is there a method to get the throttle moving freely ?
I cleaned the carbs and now I'm getting the age old problem of slow throttle return.

I've had the same problem and found that adjusting the cables (free play) did the trick

Curses.
Started it up and it ran like a bag of shite. I think it was just one carb but something was flooding.
Put the other carbs on and it sounded better than it has for a while.
