It is the YB8e in the Aussy guy colour scheme one of 26 made. Ive had the bike a good few years and every now and then I get it out give it a run and put it away again If anyone is interested in this appreciating classic give me a call Paul 07841 044702 or email paul@pauljmullins.com

Hi, have you got any photos you can post? Would like to see it, unfortunately not to buy as I 've no room or funds available.

I'm not sure the YB8 came in Gobert colours. The SB8 had a Gobert scheme?

HI Lammie, Thanks for the general interest please send me an email address and Ill send you a little document I put together on the history of the bike as I know it. From what I have been able to research the Anthony Gobert paint scheme YB8e was a short limited edition of 20+.
I am by no means an expert, I would gladly like to here from members if they have more information about this model Mullsy

Oh, cheers for the info. I even got my bible out last night to look for a Gobert Colour scheme. It did mention a limited number in the red/green/white.

I've got this...

It's a YB6 exup in YB8 fairing. (Notice the front forks are different, etc)

Good luck with the sale btw.

THE bimota book Smile

'Bimota 25 years of excellence' they are quite expensive but the wealth of information on Bimotas is unsurpassed.

It stated the number manufactured with your colour scheme, I can't remember exactly how many to be honest. I can scan the pages for you if you'd like the YB8e info.

I don't mention the MV very often on here, the locals can get a bit upset. Only joking. It's a cracking bike, lovely noise, etc
