|
|
G'day, everyone.
I've decided to sell my new Bimota SB6R, its as new, has zero "0" Klms and has been on display in my house all its life.
Obviously its in pristine condition, and would suit a collector.
I can help with crating and shipping for overseas buyers.
Any questions please ask.
$20,000 AUD
Lee.

G'day, Brian.
I've ridden a SB6R once, (and very briefly), so I've never really ridden one properly. Shame, but I have other bikes, so it's not too bad.
It's number 489
Yes, I'm hoping someone who collects BIMOTA's will pick it up, Maybe a museum? Dunno, we'll see who gets it in the end.

Brian,
I forgot to answer a couple of questions.
I have the import papers (I imported the bike in the late 90's), I haven't registered the bike yet.
I have a few BSA's mainly A10's, a '57 Road Rocket, half a dozen Spitfire Scramblers from '57 through to '63. A '63 Rocket Gold Star waiting to be restored. and a BB34A Clipper ready for resto too.
Plus my Ducati's.
So plenty to keep me busy!!

Yep sounds like you've got your handsfull
I've got a '60 A10 in my shed that belongs to my father in law and a '49 C10 that i got from a friend, it runs but needs a rebuild.
Best of luck with the sale of the 6R. I'm sure it's one of VERY few if not the only 'brand new 0 klm' sb6r around. _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

I think there are a few 0km SB6R's about - one in my office in fact!
Be interesting to know how many more are being used as stunning house art _________________ Now - SB6R, GSX1400, KTM 990 SuperDuke

Just a few fresh pics as it was sunny out
Just something a bit left field, if anyone has a classic Ducati racebike they would like to trade/swap for my Bimota I may well be interested.
Particularly interested in TT1/2 at the moment or maybe a Bevel Drive.
Shoot me pm or email me if you have something.
Cheers,
Lee.

Great pics Lee. Have you tried advertising it on bikesales.com? _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

G'day, Brian.
I haven't tried Bikesales yet, I was toying with the idea commissioning the bike and riding it but in all honesty I just can't bring myself to riding it now as I've had it for so long and it's just so new and shiny!! lol...
I'm halfway through restoring a 1981 Ducati TT2 and I was thinking if I traded the SB6R on another Classic Ducati then most of my bikes would be Ducati. But, I'm sure something will turn up, usually does.
