After 12 month forced lay off im back on the road. Jobs done in downtime. Factory pro modded the clutch basket, replaced selector arm and spring, full service. New billet Paioli forks, billet adapter made and K-tech 35ds Pro rear shock fitted. Found a guy whos a brilliant titanium exhaust fabricator so full new system made. Ditched the Ex-Up and all the weight. Sounds spot on, no flat spots noticed as of yet. Exhaust fabricator Liam Abbott Racing, if anybody needs his number just email me. The bike rides really nice, just need to get fit. My mates took some pics, Cheers Roy

Nice job Roy. Love the titanium pipe and would love to see the other side of the bike.
The forks look very trick. What are the wheels? |

Hi Roy
I noticed that you said you ditched the exup value.
I am thinking of doing the same to my YB11, is there anything I should look out for?
Lastly how did you find Non exup riding differed? |

Nice work! Gearbox is??? And where are those input and output shafts from?
Sorry If I appear nosey?
Exhaust looks lovely, probably 10 kilos bellow oem Yamaha.
They don't need all the fuss of the exup valve if you keep these torque monsters on the boil.
Nice work! |
