Does anyone know the 2 different headlight sizes as I have been offered a fairing with 120mm holes and I think I need 135mm holes. _________________ Z9 B1, Z9 modified, RD 500, ZXR750RR K1, GSXR1100WP, ZX9R, ZRX1200, SB6 |

almost bought one a year or 2 ago from a lad who had 2 one for him and her one with a big bore kit and the other with light wheels.
if work hadn't had a hiccup at the time I would have bought the red and white one for the £6k he wanted as it had dymags etc and was mint.[img] |

I think the SB7 is similar to a SB6 Mk1 fairing. There's one on ebay Germany but it's a bit pricey _________________ Don't read everything you believe |

Yes it was the one from Durham, its No 01228, it was stolen by some locals and they found out who had it and £500 got it back, some light scratches to the fairing so it was removed for painting at a local paint shop which was then broken into and a pile of stuff nicked including the fairing.
there is a few marks on it but no crash damage, he had the mirrors, windshield etc and has had the bike since 02 and its a 98 and not been on the road since 04 the owner was in his late 60's now with a doggy knee.

i was the opening bidder on that one , spoke to the owner and got the same story as you , i already have an sb6 , 20 reg numbers back from yours ! I figured it was a safe bet at 2k and couldn't justify paying any more . The headlights are the same size as a jag headlight i converted mine a few years back with cibie units , makes a huge difference . |

Oh forgot to mention , have a very careful look at the ferrules on the front brake lines they crack and could cause total brake failure there are some pics on a thread on here , mine fell to pieces when touched ! |

If the brakes and clutch lines are original, replace them. _________________ Don't read everything you believe |
