You could probably quickly find out by screwing one side all the way in (clockwise... noting how many clicks until it stops). Then holding the front brake on bounce the bike up and down.
If you have trouble pushing it down (making the forks compress) you are on the compression side, if it goes down easy and is slow coming back up...rebound.
Logic would say rebound is right? Just because they start with the same letter? But I know logic doesn't always apply with Italian bikes. |

Thanks for the help people the bike was sold to me as a yb8 but is identical as a yb10 frame no 441 which yb10 frame numbers were included with yb8. It was imported from Japan a few years back. The top cowl has bean drilled with many holes to aid cooling as has rear of fairing near gear shift and brake pedal i have seen a pic of this before but cant track one down. I have copies of owners manual and fork maunal but neither have any info on adjustment cheers fish _________________ DB1-DB2SR-DB2EF-DB3-DB4 Db10 YB6-yb7_yb10-2xyb11-SB5,2xSB6-kb3-yb5-MILLE MIKEHAILWOOD HARRIS MAGMAN2-TRIUMPH T140-RG500x2-KAWA Z900-SUZUKI GSX1100-DUCATI 900SS- 750 sport ducati DUCATI F1 750- 851 tri colour-500sl-1996 Trumph datona .
