Hello everyone,
I've just wandered into this interesting forum having recently purchased a SB3.
Has anyone had experience with ceramic exhaust coatings?
Cheers

I had the exhausts on my Ducati 999r done when I lived in Los Angeles. I had them done black which loooked great but the main advantage was keeping the heat away from my butt during the summer months. An added advantage was gaining a couple of horse power... on that model it was well worth it. _________________ Pomps

This is an oppertunity to post pictures isn't it ...
I had my downpipes and race cans Camcoated to race spec which is inside and out. I had black done on most of it and silver chrome on the outside of the cans.
Original bike, I used some wrap from a rallying suplier.
The down pipes and cans had to be stripped before coating, I reasembled them with new wadding
the cans with heatshield
Camcoat do other coating too, I had some engine parts coated which is why the barrels are black
Up close, it looks nice better than just painting them.
