Hi to all
a little introduction of myself
i am not really new but so far i have read more, located in germany
(i am no mechanic, only driver, so that i fear i am not able to give much help)
my first bimota contact was in 2001 - a SB8RS - owned only 3 months (today i would be happy if i still have it) but in 2001 i dont want a super uncomfortable silly bike, went off while riding, etc. - i sold it
a few years ago i want to change my bike-style, from super-sport to a more comfortable model - next bimota contact
the db6 was a coincidence, made a test drive, and after that any other alternative (KTM, Ducati, Aprilia) I have removed from my thoughts
two years ago i wanted again a sport model - first look on Ducati 916 - another random brought me to a db8 italia (i guess the only db8 with wilbers rear-suspension)
i am not a racer, only country road driver and the db6 suits my can
with the db8 i have a fight, look great, but super tight - and probably far above my can
until now i have read quite a lot here, maybe i can give some help too |

Welcome. DB6 with Wilbers shock, don't think I have seen one of those before.
Your first test is to post a picture , if you can master that you can master anything a Bimota can throw at you |

Very NIce indeed...Now all you need is a few nice Bimota Rugs to sit the bikes on....
And if you look at this picture...you can see a beautiful sight...but maybe not even notice the rug....

Not surprised you haven't cleaned the seat...But taking the seat unit to bed to use as a pillow must be off-putting for Mrs Vort..... |
