Top job so far Reed!
in response to your clearance issue with the steering arm hitting the injection manifold, consider turning the lower steering plate through 180 degrees so the upper control rod runs on the right-hand side, then get a Tesi 2D steering bellcrank (the one that fits on the r/h side Omega plate) and connect it that way. I had considered doing this to eradicate the stupid cross-over shaft system. Reason I didn't pursue it was that I wanted to maintain the originality of the race bike. Only hiccup is that the steering head stem would require re-drilling for the securing pin to be fitted.
Just a thought.............

I went a different route.
Using a set of throttle bodies from a BMW F650, 900SS carb manifolds, and Guzzi 1100 rubber boots.
I still had a clearance issue with the throttle wheel and had to neck down the steering linkage.
The intake trumpets are from a mid 80s Yoshimura Suzuki.
