I found this web site, in Italian, with quite a few indicators on it. Whether you can order them I don't know, or how good they are, but the pics might help on sourcing some lights / indicators:-

Some good stuff on there....BooHoo....no DB1 indicators though....doe have DB2, Db3, DB4 and SB6/7/8 indicators though....and rear light units for DB1 and Db2 (Twin round circle type aka Cagiva Freccia)....Conditions of Sale say prices can change and will only post within European Union....but do accept paypal
