No worries Boris, I probably don't really need one for the SB6 anyway as my stock clamp is still in good nic.

And I'll see what I can do with the Chinese bracket for the DB4

I've ordered a pair of 52mm P-Clips from the bay ... just to have a look

Are they the plastic lined ones similar to the stock one?

Hopefully the diameter will be ok or I'll be able to persuade it to fit. I bought 2 with a thought that they'll be narrow enough to sit side by side.

Jeeso...I didn't know they did P-clips that big....and should certainly arrive in the post quicker than ching chong versions sailing across the seas.....

I went from looking fork clamps but then wonderred about p-clips, i saw some large ones used on a building site.
The 52mm is stainless theres a 53mm but its steel.

I tried to put the fairing back on with bracket on the wrong way and couldnt get it to join at the bottom. Just shows how small the tollerances are
