To right click on the Macbook, hold down the ctrl key and click the touch pad. You will get a pop up with a few options, one of which is to "Save Image As...".
Similarly if you want to open a link in the background you can hold down the cmd key and click on the link. Also you can click with both fingers simultaneously on the track pad on a link and you will get a pop up with a few options.
I am typing this on a Macbook. For use as a glorified tablet computer on my knee while watching tele, etc, I quite like them. The 2 finger scrolling on the track pad is great.
But for actual use programming I don't like them. Can't find a nice text editor for them.
