the 6 is booked in for it's dyno session - 30th October - hoping for the regulation 165bhp.......... Very Happy
Ran a standard ZZR1400 on the dyno today - 172 bhp at the wheel, same as what the ZX12R made many moons ago.
Interestingly, it lost 16 bhp to the transmission of it's power to the back wheel. So the 10% rule-of-thumb loss is reasonably accurate.

the weather was un-seasonably nice today Steve - only 18c, but that's almost summer over here. Very Happy
More forecast for tomorrow so the 6R may get another outing as the 6 has fuelling issues and has now cut onto 3 cylinders at low revs - think one of the pilot jets is blocked. Above 3000 rpm it chimes onto 4 cylinders and flies.
