Darn It I miss that bike. It ran like a scalded banshee, was unbelievably light, had significantly more HP than it should make for its size and was likely the nicest example of this CR model (750 or 900) that I have ever seen. 390# wet, light as a feather handling but on rails, completely unflappable at any speed and felt like you were shot out of a cannon every time you twisted the throttle PLUS it had that "whacka-whacka-whacka" flat slide chatter. Very Happy

sniff sniff.

I know if my friend ever loses his mind and decides to sell it, I have first dibs.

crying now... Sad

Vee Two pistons and cams !!! Some unobtainable stuff there.

There is something about a Duc on flatside's . Just seems to connect directly to the soul. I can understand your loss !!

Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

If your friend was a 'real friend' he would not want you to feel this way and would offer you the bike back to make you happy !!!!

Hey Ken,

How have you been?

Beautiful bikes. Glad your son is carrying the torch. Today's generation wants to remain on the "safe" side, part of the reason why bike sales are down across the board.

We need to go for a ride once the rains stop and the roads clear up somewhat...
