Is anyone going to the International Festival of Speed over the 14-17 March 2019 at Sydney's Eastern Creek?

I guess what I'm asking is should I ride a Bimota there and will there be any others to see?

I may be racing my YB8 there. Mechanically, it's ready to go. But I need to make a new fairing which I don't know if I will do in time.

I needed to close in the bottom of my MotoForza fairing so I thought I'd make a new mould. While I'm at it, I may as well see if I can make it a normal two piece fairing. I can't start until later this month so we'll see how I go. Nothing like a deadline to make you pull your finger out.

In 2021, we may be going back to Bathurst when the new track is built!

I’m looking forward to seeing the new track at Bathurst. Will be interesting to see what events they can muster there

The Furano is running nicely, went up the old road this morning (it seems to be my current favourite ride). I waited over 20 years to get one and I'm not dissapointed.

Will likely be at Eastern Green on Sunday for the festival with the Furano (weather permitting)

I won't have enough time to make the fairing for the YB8, so it looks like I'll be racing my TZ250A reverse cylinder.

However, the ignition packed it in in the last race a couple of weeks ago, so I've got to fix that. It's not the stator or CDI so it's a bit of a mystery bag at the moment. I'll start working on that one soon.

If I can't get the TZ running reliably, I'll have to go to plan C or D or E, which are the VFR400, or '93 TZ250 or another surprise.
