Hi Robin, you've got a PM message.

Nice fuel tank! No wonder you need a battery holder, because the twin batteries of a Mantra are hidden under the fuel tank. Not really practical, but hey, what's practical on a Bimota....? But a Mantra: Ever removed the fuel tank from a series II Mantra? You need to remove the handlebars and some surrounding stuff!

Hi

Here's the bike ready for test ride. Not sure what the fairing is from, but it's a quality fibreglass item with adjustable headlamp etc. - maybe German after-market. Yes, I know the paint's odd and doesn't match.

DB4,sorry for offtop,but what the difference between the first and second series?
