Dieci clutch is going. It engages at almost the point of letting out the clutch completely. I’d appreciate if someone could point me in the direction of info on clutch adjustment on the YB10.

I would start with replacing the fluid and bleeding the system. If it's still no good, check that the MC and slave are actually working properly.

There is no adjustment, other than bleeding.

Does the desi have a braided clutch line? If not get one.

How many k's has the bike done?

Bleed and replace the old fluid would be my starting point.

If you are going to pull it apart, plate thickness min is 2.8 mm, and get rid of the middle narrow plate and spring 9-10. They will let go. Just buy a new full plate from Yamaha, R6 plates are the same. Cheers

Bike has about 11300 km. Not sure on type of line but will check.

Will do bleed part first.
