From memory its a 12-BS.
The first lithium battery I tried on mine was a 12A one as it was tiny , but the vdue would struggle to start , sounded like the sprag bearing was going. I upped the lithium to a 14AH and it starts far better now and battery still smaller and much lighter.. |

I searched the manual but it doesn't say how many ah you use ..... the old battery and a lithium battery but I am afraid of breaking the voltage regulator ....... |

I bought this bacterium yuasa 12v 10AH .... I hope it's not too small to start the bike properly, I noticed that if the battery isn't very charged the bike won't start the sprag clutch is already replaced with the reinforced model for safety I also bought a new starter relay

Maybe just get the highest capacity battery in the correct size dimensions _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

when the AH are increased, however, the dimensions also increase and I am not sure that there is enough space |

That doesn’t really make sense to me sorry. If you give s battery supplier the battery code or battery dimensions, they should be able to find you the highest capacity battery in that size _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

the AH can be compared to the capacity of a fuel tank .... if there are more liters the tank will be bigger .... the same thing is the AH of the battery .... it could be higher, longer or more wide and I'm not sure there is enough space ..... you should take 10 AH 12 AH 14 AH and see what measure is there |
