'Top Hat' bushes are from top mount of a rear shock.

Unidentified Bimota Object #3 looks more like an engine mount spacer than a bodywork spacer, 12.5mm id for a M12 bolt?

cheers Quad......seems to make sense...and I recall something similar on a YB9 top and bottom rear shock mounts...pigs to fit and push either mount back in with them still in place...tolerances are so tight

Cheers also GammBoy…..I have seen these before...and yeh...you'd think a 12mm Bolt was engine size...But nope...YB series have MASSIVE bodywork to frame fixing alloy bolts....usually hollow...that go into these massive lovely turned spacers.....You should see the size of the spacers on a DB1...and bolts....When you pull one of the bolts out...you hear this heavy clunk of something hitting the floor.....and at first you think cripes...the darn engine has fell out...but no..its the ruddy spacer hitting the deck...nightmare to align and get the large bolts through and into the thread whilst yanking and tweaking the flexible bodywork at the same time

My care package from UK arrived safely in Aus. Filled with bimota unobtainable goodness. Thanks 2bims for the great service and careful packaging.

I'm guessing the rest of this stuff will go in the skip bin if nobody wants it?

Nice to have the opportunity to buy some very rare bimota parts. The alternative is paying overinflated prices from another source, but even they don't have a lot of the goodies that I was able to get from 2bims.

10/10 mate, thanks Cool

And then there’s these rare and very hard to find parts. Yes I could have had them reproduced at a local machine shop, but where would the fun be in that Wink. Nice to have original parts made by Mario or Luigi back in the day when beautiful hand made pieces were still being churned out in the Bimota factory. Rare parts are still out there, you just need to find them....

Thanks to 2bims and ‘friend’

And worthy of note....Those 3 genuine Bimota parts were only $18 AUD more than that little steel tiny round circle on the DB1......AND....that includes postage from Europe all the way to Oz......Mario would be "super" happy to see that all his milling work some 20 years ago would finally result in the part being fitted to a Bimota..... Laughing
