Never seen one like that.It's an interesting collection of bits.
It's got the Brembo brakes as you said, eccentric rear axle adjuster so that means a different swingarm, Ducati looking forks, Tarozzi looking footpegs, unknown wheels.
The frame looks like a standard Honda 4..... |

Wasn't there a "kit" version for the CB400F?
Used the stock frame, honestly it was more of a style thing. |
