Hi all, I've just fitted good quality L.E.D. Mini eagle indicators and new flasher relay to my 6 r , they flash at the correct speed BUT all flash at the same time. I fitted the same ones to a sb6 I had years ago and no probs then, does anyone know an easy fix please ? I've been told removing the indicator bulb in the clocks MIGHT solve it , ( do the bulbs come out easily or not ). Any help and advice will be much appreciated Cheers N

Its a Bimota..NUmber one adage is...If it aint broke dont fix it.....I try to never change anything...it just leads to problems...It does sound like you've got your wires crossed somewhere..maybe on the relay?

My experience is with the SB6 but have a look at the rear indicators. On the 6 the wires are the same colour so it's easy to get them confused ... I think you've crossed a feed with an / the earth.
Undo the rear indicators and find the supply for left, right and, by elimination the earth.
I think the relay is just two wires ???

You need some diodes in the wires going to the dash bulb and a new earth for it.

Yes please....tell us what it was...we dont mock if theres some shame attached to a basic error....any bimota owner knows when he buys one its down to themselves and ANYONE thats willing to help to sort things out....its why we're here...2-way traffic....as we all have to try and answer remotely without being present so a lot of shooting in the dark occurs....we all like to know if at least one shot has hit a target...but which one??

It looks like Jonny B was right , I removed the dash build last night and all was good , I could just leave it out or put the diodes in but that could prove awkward should I decide to put it back to std

Great stuff.....these funny old Bimotas....so few made compared to most manufacturers...but so many passionate owners that always seem to know the answer to a question that they've faced and solved before....another triumph for the Forum....

As you probably gathered 2bims I should have said Dash Bulb not Dash Build , but it was 0500 this morning and I was out last night on the drink.
