Hi Guy's
Question, is there anywhere where you can get a fresh Vin Label printed?
Mine on my SB6R was well and truly messed up whilst in for and engine repair, they gave it a right rubbing

Picture would help Chris....is it a sticky label on the SB6R?....If so there are plenty of pictures of those...I'd get a sticker shop to make one up....if.....its a alli metal plant thats stamped with the numbers.....you can still buy the metal vin tags that are rivetted on...but...you do have to stamp your own numbers

Hi and thanks for the reply, yes it's a sticky one, anyone had one done, if so any pointers? In answer to getting the shop to repair, the damage was done a long time ago, l was stupid and soft to have let them get away with it.

Not on a bimota, but on an old 250 Ducati bevel that I restored a few years back..

The hardest part might be getting the sticker, or getting one made.

When I repaired the DB10 this year I had to sacrifice the vin sticker on the left hand Z plate when I had it re-anodised. Still looking for a sticker manufacture who could print the correct "foil" sticker. So far I have found a company that produce a VIN plate but do not do foil stickers. I will post if I find one.
