The above is for sale in USA. $8500 BIN
Can never understand sellers that clearly haven't even bothered with a good wash and buff up (the bike) before taking photos for sale? _________________ Not as many bikes as I would like and already too many to keep up with! |

Vastly under rated bike.
Great fun to ride and the race kit is very rare. |

Not perfect by any measure, but quite nice all the same. As Vort says, the Corse kit is rare and very nice to have, seems to be a few in USA. The white bellypan changes the look. USA delivered bike as it has the odd looking folding pegs that stick out too far. Not sure what the purpose of the worm clamp on the clip on . Has the usual broken rubber mount on the seat unit. Few other minor cosmetic issues but would clean up very nicely _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

If I didn't buy a bike last week and if I didn't own a DB2, I'd be all over this. Even with all of this, i'm tempted. Someone needs to get this bike and square it away. |

Should clean up quite nicely......Battery box like all has no "end panel"....and no battery I've found has ever been anything other than a very loose fit....But...I dont think I;ve ever seen anyone pack out the battery box with purpose size cut plywood and cardboard boxes before....Always makes me laugh when folk go to such great extents to photo the tyres and edges and tread depth....where they are probably 15 years old and would be thrown away anyhow.....yet dont want to show you fork seals or chain and sprockets etc.... |

Folding pegs....yeh....yuck.....and they dont align with the ends of the foot gear change/brake as a result also which must be weird.....Worm drive/Jubilee clips....on both sides of the clip-ons.....must be to stop the grips from sliding off in warm temps.....had that with a few bikes where on a hot day they start to slide their way down....if you put on lockwire then it just says "I've been trackdaying/racing"...Rear mudguard missing also...and no twin beam unit on it? It has the same as was fitted to the DB2.... |

There has been one listed in NC for a LONG time for a little be more then the BIN of this bike.
Appears to be in nicer shape, and was WAY better listed. _________________ Bimota (Tesi 1D 904SR, DB2, DB4, SB6,SB6R, SB8R, SB8K Santa Monica) Ducati (1000SS, Monster S4, 999R) Aprilia (RSV Mille R Haga) Honda (CL125s and 70s Chopper) |

Nice. I’ve only know of 1 in Australia with the kit, but it had been crashed and repaired badly _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

Craigslist, a couple of FaceBook groups, a dealer was advertising it for a while, he'll I think it made a round or two of ebay.
Has to be more then a year at this point. _________________ Bimota (Tesi 1D 904SR, DB2, DB4, SB6,SB6R, SB8R, SB8K Santa Monica) Ducati (1000SS, Monster S4, 999R) Aprilia (RSV Mille R Haga) Honda (CL125s and 70s Chopper) |
