My front brake is sticking on both discs, I’ve stripped the callipers and rebuilt them, slightly better but still sticking. My thoughts are it has to be the master cylinder, would any one know where to get a rebuild kit please. _________________ Bimota YB9, RD500,Z1 1974,Z1 1975, Benelli 750sei, 900sei, GPZ 750 turbo, Rudge super sport, S.O.S, BSA Rkt 3 1969, 1966 Bonnie, Egli Vincent 1954,Guzzi 850T, Commando fastback, Commando Interstate, Enfield Interceptor 69, 72 H2, 69 H1, Suzy Gt750 J |

Is it brembo coffin pot...Black or gold series brembo? with remote plastic res pot?...Or standard Yamaha FZR600 unit....in which case try Fowlers Yamaha in the UK...or upgrade to a Brembo master of your choice...Could be warped discs...or even sticky seals on the caliper pistons....or even worn wheel bearings...all can cause drag on the discs |

All sorted now thank , it turned out the return hole in the reservoir was blocked, that’s good news.
Thought I’d strip the rear while I was at it, big mistake. Now it will pump fluid though the bleed nipple but does not lock the back wheel , I found the rear pads were unevenly worn. Ordered some more and hopefully that will sort it out.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it ?? _________________ Bimota YB9, RD500,Z1 1974,Z1 1975, Benelli 750sei, 900sei, GPZ 750 turbo, Rudge super sport, S.O.S, BSA Rkt 3 1969, 1966 Bonnie, Egli Vincent 1954,Guzzi 850T, Commando fastback, Commando Interstate, Enfield Interceptor 69, 72 H2, 69 H1, Suzy Gt750 J |

The uneven wear turned out to be the brake torque arm was not tightened up by the previous owner so the spacers had worn slightly, all nice and tight now. _________________ Bimota YB9, RD500,Z1 1974,Z1 1975, Benelli 750sei, 900sei, GPZ 750 turbo, Rudge super sport, S.O.S, BSA Rkt 3 1969, 1966 Bonnie, Egli Vincent 1954,Guzzi 850T, Commando fastback, Commando Interstate, Enfield Interceptor 69, 72 H2, 69 H1, Suzy Gt750 J |
