Why not fit the bandit larger disc?..you say you need a new caliper hanger....so make one to fit the 240 disc? |

I interpreted it as he has to make a new caliper hanger due to the bigger Bandit disc... Hence my suggestion, as it is easier to make a new disk than a caplier hanger (provided you have access to the right tools). _________________ Anders

Thanks for all your suggestions, i have got my frame back now now, started to build it up, front wheel now a marchesini from a Laverda ghost, rear GSXR1100 5.5 wheel disc machined to suit now on with the chain run wheel need chain aligned and then machine spacers for both sides, the brake plate will now be the problem as it needs to be a lot further over with the GSXR wheel. The original wheels must of been narrow across the hub.
This bike is a proper jigsaw does any body have photos's of were the thermostat fits and routing of hoses i have seen some but not really showing enough and i dont have all the hoses. can the filler cap be loose on the frame as there is no bracket.
cheers
